Look through my website and see if you feel we would be a good fit for working together. I work with individuals, primarily teens, young adults, and adults who experience PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, and struggles with self-esteem.
2. Phone Consultation
If you would like to move forward with scheduling an initial session go to the “Contact” page and I will get back to you for a 15-minute phone consultation. We will briefly discuss what you are experiencing to ensure that I am a good fit. If we decide to move forward with working together we will schedule our initial session. If something is present that causes us to not be a good fit I will work on helping you connect with a therapist who would be a better fit.

3. Initial Session
After our phone consultation, if we decide to move forward with our initial session I will send you intake paperwork to complete through secure e-mail. Prior to the first session, you will complete this paperwork and during our intake session we will discuss this paperwork, any questions you have, your goals for therapy, and how you would like therapy to look.
50 Minutes I $150
4. Individual Therapy
If you feel like we would be a good fit based on our initial session, we will look at scheduling a consistent time each week to meet until you feel your goals have been achieved.
